Real Life

I can now say, first hand,
that if you look deep enough into the eyes of the one you love;
allowing the day to day "noise" and fantasies of "perfection" to fall away...

Antique Kiss II Mntcl WM

You will remember the very first moment you realized
that you could not move forward without him
and that your life would never be the same.

Antique Kiss I Mntcl WM

You realize that he was the missing piece of your perfectly IMPERFECT life
and that he couldn't fix it all
but all of a sudden you were no longer alone...
which makes all the difference
and
then...
well, then....
you just thank your lucky stars!

(**special thanks to the Boy Wonder for taking these great shots
of the two people who love him most in the world....his parents!)

  1. Dita...

What amazing photos your son took of you and your hubby. I think you have a budding photographer on your hands. I remember the exact time you speak of when I knew I couldn't live without my husband. It puts the same exact smile on my face that I see in your first photo.

I'm so over the moon for Lisa. I can't believe she is finally at the end of her long road. Please give her an extra hug for me on Friday. I wish I could be there to send her off. I also wait with baited breath for her first post with that sweet little baby in her arms.

    Happy Wednesday to you!

    Hugs,
    Grace

  6. 'K...so you know your words should be put to music. That my dear - is a beautiful long song. Throw in a few rhymes and you're done!

Seriously, so beautifully put - I love how you describe your perfectly imperfect union. And wow to Wonderboy. He did such a great job.

Once again your words are so touching...I remember the moment I knew I couldn't move on unless TD was in my life...sitting across from him on my birthday, 2 short weeks after we met. He was talking about something (I have no idea, as I wasn't listening) and what was going through my head was "I'm going to marry this guy"...I have never looked back :)
So exciting that Reagan will be coming home with her family NEXT WEEK!
