Speed Patrol

Don't know if you have a Traffic Control Officer at your house.

We do and he LOVES to give tickets to beef up the coffers in his piggy bank.

    What you need is a good lawyer.

    This is obviously abuse of power or entrapment; 2 mph zone, who does he think he is living with octogenarians?
